Blessings be dear one
We wish to speak to you this day of time.
This is a construct – as you well know.
Each moment, exists only in this moment – and falls away into the next, and the next – and the next after that.
The more you live in each moment, the more time you will find you have.
Look carefully at what you fill each moment with – love, joy, laughter or fear, anxiety and depression. What is it that you wish to create in your life? What is it that you dedicate your “time” to. For time is only the measurement of what you pay attention to and for how long. The quality of this – what you give your attention to – has the effect of causing the appearance of your time to speed up or slow down. Even this is immaterial – for what else would you be doing with these moments, other than giving them attention?
It is only when attention is lost that you loose time. It is only when attention is lost that you loose the quality of what you are creating. And surely, this quality is more important to you than the time, or the passing moment.
You are creating quality with your time. Be aware of what kind of quality you are creating. Moment by moment.
Look at this – it has taken you but moments of your time – that you might otherwise have “lost” on something to pass the time – frittered away with no sense of worth. Instead, you took the moments you had, to listen, to connect – and to bring more joy, energy and enthusiasm into your day to day!
Well done indeed.
Blessings be dear one,
we greet you in such joy, light, love and laughter.
