Blessings be dear one.
We greet you this day in much joy, and in love and in light.
We say to you to remember this saying for in a short space of a year you will be looking back on this day and laughing, knowing this as a day when it all began to move forwards once more.
Because you moved into joy.
Remember the words of the child, who said to you “I laugh like this”. True, this child had no concept of the challenges lying ahead, or the heartache. Yet in that moment, she was able to laugh.
Laughter clears the air, clears the vibrations, lightens and loosens things up. Especially – and especially when – they just don't make sense. When you can do nothing else, remember to laugh. Your own humour is one of the most precious gifts that can be given to you. If nothing else, take yourself out of the situation and laugh at it – even when there is nothing to laugh at.
There are workshops now that support and encourage this. They don't make sense. But they do help to bring that vibration and creation of energy into the dark spaces. You yourself have experienced this.
This laughter shakes things up, stirs the cobwebs – in and around yourself – and begins to create the cracks to allow the light and the energy back in.
We don't say this is easy to you. You yourself know this is not easy, and can be so difficult. To force yourself to laugh when you don't feel like it, even when you know you need it. To laugh when you would rather cry. And yet – you know yourself, from your own experiences how valuable this has been for you – and can be when you need it again.
Remember to laugh. It shakes things loose, gets things moving – and creates changes in your body.
Part of the duality is to become addicted to the dark. Because it gives you a reason for being – for fighting it, solving it, fixing it. Laughter does none of these things – it is simply a response from your body to a situation. In the same way that “fight or flight” is another response. Both have validity, both have value. But which one will you choose – and which one will carry you into the light?
Are you more addicted to the dark – and the trauma, fear, desire to fight it, fix it, heal it... Or are you more addicted to the light – and the laughter and joy it brings you – even in the face of apparent lack of “sensibility”? Your judgement around either is the only thing that attracts or connects you with these. Change your attachment, change your addiction from one to the other.
It is your choice. Indeed, there are programmes in place for dealing with the addictions in your reality. Maybe, these should be applied to your reality, along with the other energy medicines you choose to play with?
This doesn't mean deny or hide from the "dark stuff" - but maybe laugh at it a little bit, step out of your own attachment to it, lighten up - and come back to dealing with it from a fresh perspective.
In joyous harmony, blessings be.
